I found this tutorial on Free People‘s DIY blog and I loved it! So I made six, haha. They give off that candle-esque which is prefect if you are like me and live in a rental where you are not allowed candles! The jar is powered by the sun during the day and at night it radiates a soft glow.
What You Will Need:
- Solar Powered Garden Lights
- Mason Jars
- Glass Frosting Spray
- Hot Glue
- White Paint
- Painter’s Tape
1. Take the lid and the metal completely off the mason jar.
A little over an hour, with all the drying time.
$2 per jar, $2 per light, $9 for the spray, so a total of $33 for 6 Sun Jars!
