DIY Foil Rose Topiary

I came across this centerpiece from Paper Plate and Plane and it’s super easy to make and it looks amazing! It is 100% recyclable which I love!! Instructions below!!

What You Will Need:

  • 30 – 9 inch pie pans
  • 50 – 4 inch pie pans
  • Hot glue
  • Balloon
  • Newspaper
  • White glue or papier maché paste.
  • Paint and paint brush.

Steps!

  1. Cut strips of the newspaper.
  2. Papier maché your balloon.
  3. Once dry pop the balloon.
  4. Paint the papier maché ball your colour of choice.
  5. Cut away the flat bottom of the pan.
  6. Roll into a rose.
  7. Continue steps 5 and 6 for all the pans.
  8. Using the hot glue, glue the roses on the papier maché ball!

Tip: When the foil is cut, it is really sharp so be careful!!

Total Cost: $15!!!!
